[mv] Basket droped / SessionID change

Hi

i try to use minivend without cookie-support.
it works fine, but if  somebody access the shop with mutiple proxy
servers ( that use
on every access a different ip), the session-id get lost.
I tried to check out this:

Domaintail no
IpHead yes
IpQuad 0

SessionExpire 15 minutes
WideOpen yes


with minivend 3.14 this options worked. But now, with mv 4.04, they take
no effect.
Could it be that this options doesen't work with the new minivend?
