[mv] upgrade from 3.x to 4.x

Has anyone done this? I'd like to upgrade the site on a test server 
but am curious as to what changes I'll need to do to the MySQL 
tables, etc.. to make this happen - I assumed that the Minivend site 
would have at least something but I must not be looking in the right 
place.

Does anyone have any tips?
