One thing I had to do to get interpolation within area tags to work was to use
[area href="[whatever tags i want interpolated]"] as opposed to just plain
[area[tags]] tags. Check the docs on the [area] tag for full documentation
if you're not familiar with the "long-form" syntax of [area]. If this
still doesn't work, drop me a line and I'll see if I can be of any more help.
