[mv] Multiple Credits Cards

Can minivend 4.0.4a take and store encripted multiple credit card information
per session.

ie I want to spread the load over too credit cards when it comes to paying, or I
have a mall some shops accept cards that others don't so I need to ask for two
sets of info.

If not can someone tell me which section of code in Vend deals with it so I can
make a patch.
