I **think** what Mike means is that each customer domain should have its
own secure server, eg:
catalog at http://www.scrubs.com/ should use https://ssl.scrubs.com/
and NOT the isp (typically) as in
catalog at http://www.scrubs.com/ using https://ssl.maine.com/
We have a couple of customers that save the $125 by doing that, but
we redirect their domain, http://www.scrubs.com/ -> http://www.maine.com/scrubs
first before jumping into the catalog. Realistically for them, it's
not to save money, but that their non-virtual links are so well
indexed they don't want to give them up.
