Ok long story short, a customer who is using WebTv also says he
doesnt see  the items after viewing the cart. So I went to the closet
and yanked out the my WebTv, plugged it in, got it to update to the latest
revs it downloaded and went to the site:

   http://www.dummydomain2.com

Ordered an item and then when viewing the cart (not in secure mode!)
clicked on the continue shopping button and it says it could not find
the page expired. I was at no time in any secure mode so switching in
and out wasnt the issue.

I am betting its that the user is not doing cookies OR their ip is
changing throughout the session.
