You don't give much information, so I can't say. (Info that would be nice
includes the domain of the secure URL, the domain of the non-secure URL,
the tail of both, the setting of "Mall" in interchange/minivend.cfg,
setting of WideOpen in catalog.cfg, setting of HostnameLookups in
httpd.conf for both secure and non-secure, etc.).
If they don't have cookies enabled, that will be a problem as well.
If you are doing anything funny with SecureURL besides changing http:
to https:, then there are any number of things that can go wrong.
