If viewing the error page and you reload it just refreshes the
error page. I think this is is also true with AOL dial up customers
IF they had their IP address change when going from viewing the basket
to continue shopping. I think I am going to put up a different
continue option for AOL and WebTv users and all others will get the
standard return until I can find more info on this from the session
log and the results that the user gets.
