[mv] Checkout with Cybercash

Could anyone who has Cybercash working with some version of Interchange
please email me the source code to their checkout page? Or at least send me
a link to their online store?
I'd like to compare the source code to see if I've made a mistake, which is
causing the shopping cart to return a message explaining that there were
errors in my last submission, even though no errors are shown. Running the
minivend_test works fine, when I enable mauthcapture, I get the error.
