Not exactly -- point mv_nextpage (mv_orderpage is deprecated) to "results",
and if you have ordered an item it will trigger the recall.

As to method, why not? Of course it would only be the part that doesn't
change after the order. Certainly it would be quicker than doing the
search and data fetch again, and if you use Storable it isn't too much
of a speed deal on session save. There will be a bit of string copying
and disk writing going on, but if you aren't talking about 100K of HTML
it is not too bad.
