[IC] Newbie config questions

Howdy All!

I am trying to get IC up and running for the first time on a Cobalt RaQ3.

I have installed interchange-4.6.1-3.rh6.i386.rpm and attempted to do a
makecat, everything went well (or so I thought).  When I did a
/usr/lib/interchange/bin/interchange -r I got this error.


The Interchange server was not running
(//usr/lib/interchange/etc/interchange.pid).
Low traffic settings.
Calling UI....
...UI is loaded....
Interchange V4.6.1
Configuring catalog asp...Using MySQL, DSN=dbi:mysql:test_asp.
asp config error: Undefined subroutine &Vend::Table::DBI::create called at

Could someone give me some pointers where to look?
