This is the "Locale" stuff, which lets pages be interpreted in 
different languages.  New in v3.11, I think.  I deleted all of
them from my developing site.  If we go international, I'll put
them back in then.  This is in the 3.11 doc under
..docindex/19.02.MiniVend_Locale_Settings.html#MiniVend_Locale_Settings
