pgp and me

My site is up and running but I have had no luck with PGP.

I have looked over the PGP info in the mail archive with no luck either.  
I am hoping someone can walk me through it.

I have a public key installed on the key ring that I generated for the 
email address on the computer that is to recieve the orders.

That key is signed and trusted.

I have PGP 2.6.2 installed, I cannot upgrade to 5.0 as I am on someone 
elses server.

I have installed a test catalog which I have not modified at all, its 
just a simple catalog I am trying to get PGP working on.

The checkout page of the test catalog says at the bottom "I plan on 
returning, save my information (credit card is encrypted with PGP!)" so I 
am doing somethign right!

When I hit Place Order! I get Internal Server Error.

Why why why why why?

Is there anything I have to do with the path?  

/home/waye/.pgp/pgp -feat __ORDERS_TO__ 2>/dev/null  should work, should 
it not?

Please respond with how to make this command line work with 2.6.2!!!!
