You have to use one or the other.  And if your customer's are using
the free version of PGP 5 you have to use PGP 5

Since you seem to have PGP 5 installed change your EncryptProgram 
to /usr/local/bin/pgpe -r staff\@custompress.com -fat 2>/dev/null
