Shipping min.

Hi,

I calculate the shipping based on the weight. So I have the weight of
every products. The calculation works fine. But I want to include a
weight for the package itself. So if all products together are 4 kg, I
want to have the shipping calculate the price on 4.5kg.

So lets say for every 4 kg, 0.5kg should be add to the calculation. How
can I do this? How can I modify the [shipping] ?
