[mv] The pgp.<anynumber>.err file?

Hi list,

testing with MV4, i see files like

server:/home/jojo[root]# ll /....../catalogs/bol/tmp/
total 7
-rw-rw----  1 mvend  buchonline   56 Mar 13 16:09 pgp.78159.err
-rw-rw----  1 mvend  buchonline    0 Mar 13 16:09 pgp.78159.out
-rw-rw----  1 mvend  buchonline   56 Mar 13 16:13 pgp.78268.err
-rw-rw----  1 mvend  buchonline    0 Mar 13 16:13 pgp.78268.out
server:/home/jojo[root]# 

and 

server:/home/jojo[root]# cat /..../catalogs/bol/tmp/pgp.78268.err 
You must specify at least one recipient for encryption!
server:/home/jojo[root]# 

What is the meaning of this? Testing with the credit card testnumber
4111.... works well and i get a report email with Credit Card info
encrypted.

Regarding to the catalog.cfg, 

Route main      encrypt_program  __ENCRYPTOR__
Route main      errors_to        __ORDERS_TO__
Route main      email            __ORDERS_TO__ 

will not be as

Route main      encrypt_program  /usr/local/bin/pgpe -f -a -t -r
Route main      errors_to        anyname@anydomain.com
Route main      email            anyname@anydomain.com


Any hints?
