If your upgrading with RPMs from
minivend-4.01-2.i386.rpm to
minivend-4.02-1.i386.rpm
You might have problems restarting minivend without installing
HTML-Parser-3.06.tar.gz after the upgrade.
Find it at your local CPAN
It appears that the RPMs loose HTML::Entities.pm somewhere in the
upgrade.
