You will find the following snippet in catalog.cfg, which is located in the
catalogs/yourcatalogname directory:
########### SeparateItems

# Changes the default when ordering an item via MiniVend to allowing multiple
# lines on the order form for each item.

# SeparateItems Yes
Remove the '#' from the last line and do a reconfig of the catalog (or
restart the minivend server), and you are all set.
