[Camps-users] Merge of www.devcamps.org website source in Git

Folks,

I just merged in the formerly separate www.devcamps.org website source to 
the main camps Git repository. I think it makes more sense keeping it 
together with the camps codebase since the website, documentation, and 
code should all be updated in tandem when changes are made.

If you've wanted to make any changes to the website, now you can fork the 
GitHub mirror, do it, and drop a note here.
