[Camps-users] Database password caching patch

I ran into a bug where the database password caching system assumed your 
database type was the same as the database type of the main camp 
database.  This patch simply pulls the database type from the 
configuration for the camp being used instead.

Note: the database password caching system is the thing that causes the 
system to not create a new password for your database every time you do 
refresh-camp --db. :)
