[interchange-docs] Interchange docs list being retired

List subscribers,

The Interchange docs list once filled an important role, but in recent 
years has not been used at all.

All discussions about Interchange, including documentation topics, are 
welcome on the main interchange-users list, so there is no need for this 
separate list and we are shutting it down effective immediately.

Please subscribe to interchange-users and/or interchange-announce if you
