+ 1. The __MVC_FIELDMUNGE__ variable is missing from the fields with reserved 
+ names in foundation/products/*.txt. Likewise in some of the sampledata.

+ 2. FIELDMUNGE is turned off in foundation/config/additional_fields
+ {ORACLE}!FIELDMUNGE
+ 
+ 3. The file foundation/dbconf/oracle/country.ora specifies that the fields iso 
+ and iso_num are NOT NULL, when the data in foundation/products/country.txt has 
+ some null values there.

+ I've fixed all these so that the makecat script does the right thing and the 
+ table creation script runs smoothly on ic restart. I will be attaching a patch 
+ soon.
