+ It sounds strange but this seems to be a problem when DBI and CyberCash are 
+ used together. CyberCash configured the same way works just fine with the GDBM. 
+ With DBD::Oracle, a problem with CyberCash is probably what is prompting the 
+ rollback. The rollback itself may not be working because of some other reason, 
+ maybe because transactions are new. I turned off pre-forked server mode and had
