[interchange-i18n] Re: Chinese locale

There is a mistake in this locale. The locale name should be zh_CN
instead of cn_GB according to i18n spec. Please rename it.

I encountered a related problem these days. The search box in the
front-store could search English; but it found nothing when searching
Chinese. I thought it should have something to do with the backend
Locale settings. So I changed locale settings in catalog.cfg to be:
	Locale          zh_CN LC_CTYPE
	LocaleDatabase  locale

And restarted interchange. Everything was the same. :(
I had to verify my Redhat Linux for locale supporting (the following are
my operations):
$ locale -a
...
...
zh
zh_CN
zh_CN.GB2312
zh_TW.Big5
$ locale -m | grep GB
GB2312
GB2312-1980
GB_1988-80
$ export LC_CTYPE='zh_CN'
$ export LANG='zh_CN'
$ perl -v
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = (unset),
        LC_ALL = (unset),
        LC_CTYPE = "zh_CN",
        LANG = "zh_CN"
    are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
........
........

Hi Vincent,

We would love to have this. I am sending it to
interchange-i18n at ic.redhat.com,
which is the Interchange Internationalization mail list.

If you can tar or zip up the files, you can send them to the list (and
copy\
me). Jon Jensen of Red Hat has been doing some work on a Chinese
localization,
but has not done any work on the UI that I know of.

As you probably know, there are some issues with proper handling of 
localized data in the UI. We are working on addressing these, and your
localization will give us another data point there.
