[interchange-i18n] french translation of interchange

hello 
 
I began translating some files to franch, but i have some questions  :
1- how should i translate the folowing :
 
# Hello! You requested that your ID and password be sent to your email address of record. The information is
"GET_PASSWORD_MSG1",
i mean where i can find those messages ? and how to translate them. ?
 
 # PAYMENT<BR>METHOD
"MODE<B>PAYMENT",
dois-je laissé le  <B> ?

2- where can i find the admin pages and should i put the text extracted and translated  to the same file fr_FR.cfg ?
 
i hope finish the translation soon
