[interchange-i18n] Category Locale Setting

Hi...
 
I am using IC 4.8.9 to create a website to support multiple locales. I
managed to get IC to display the proper locale for everything except the
vertical category list. Can you help by suggesting different methods
that people in this list have used to accomplish this?
 
I want to thank you beforehand for taking the time to read this. Your
help would be greatly appreciated and will save me some gray hairs.
