You can get the basic demo (the simplest one of all) at
<ftp://ftp.minivend.com/pub/demos/>.  There are some issues with using
the backend admin interface with this demo, but it is great for grasping
the big picture idea of how interchange works.

The rest of the demos (barry and simple), are available when you
download the CVS.  If you downloaded the CVS version, you should find
two folders in the 'src/interchange/dist' (or wherever you downloaded
the CVS) called 'barry' and 'simple'.  You can then copy these to your
~/interchange directory and run bin/makecat simple or bin/makecat
barry....
