It is possible that you do not have this module installed:

SQL::Statement not found. IMPORTANT: UI Database editors will not work
properly

Take a look in the admin sections and see that you have the optional modules
installed.  If you do not have it installed you should run the command:

    perl -MCPAN -e 'install Bundle::Interchange'

To install all of the optional modules which will help with future problems.
