[ic] SQL Statement Error

 Hi
I am new to the interchange system, and as others have noted, have
encountered the SQL statement error.  Is the best way to sole it using the
installation process of :
       
        perl -MCPAN -e 'install Bundle::Interchange'

Must I reconfigure the interchange system, or just restart it?  I would use
some more thoughts and ideas.
