[ic] GPG is driving me crazy!!!!

I am so confused.
I went to the command line and fiddled with the options to get it it to
work. I ended up using /usr/bin/gpg -r "ICM TEC Orders" --encrypt
--armor
It encrypted fine at the command line. Stil, I get orders with no credit
card info. I looked at the source of the e-mail and it still wasn't
there. I have a standerd "Construct" demo set up. I have only changed
the encryptor to be /usr/bin/gpg -r "ICM TEC Orders" --encrypt --armor
and uncommented "CreditCardAuto	yes". That setup is sending me the
credit card numbers unencrypted. I am lost. I don't even know what to
try now.
Please Help!
