Hi,

  I have just installed IC 4.6.5 on RH 7.0.  When I try to start the
IC damon I find the following message in the error.log

Could not bind (open as a socket) '//usr/lib/interchange/etc/socket':
Address already in use

Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it.
