[ic] weird glitch with admin interface

This is correct but yet it isn't.  I installed catalog1 and it ran just
fine.  The admin worked just fine cause
http://www.catalog1.com/akopia/ui/admin got installed.  When i installed
catalog 2 it installed the ~/akopia/ui/admin directory into catalog1's
directory instead of catalog2.  What did i do wrong or do i have something
set wrong?
