[ic] Problems, if anyone can help

I am having some trouble getting the program to run.
Im pretty sure perl is updated and running ok because I got a finish =
test complete on it.=20
I ran interchange and it looks as if that ran fine as well.
However when I go to setup a catalog the program creates the catalog in =
/catalog/filename
It creates a test website =
webstore.bradshawconsulting.com/bradshawconsulting/
Puts a dir in the cgi-bin called bradshawconsulting with an file called =
executable.
However it does not put anything else in at all and the links to do not =
work in the test website.
The database was setup and is full with data.
