[ic] Where's the file for the menu on the admin pages.

    Is there some documentation or something that would explain what each of
those columns in the icmenu.txt is for or something like that.  I wanted to
add the Exit button icon to the menu and insert the javascript code to the
Exit button icon to redirect the webpage to somewhere else.
