[ic] Titles on the Pages

I'm sure I'm missing something really obvious... but where are the colours
for the titles set.  What I mean are the little italicised indicators of
what page you are on... on the contruct demo they are default blue.  I've
looked through the templates and components... but I can't seem to find
where this is set.

Any help or pointing would be appreciated.
