[ic] How to change the background color?

Well, I got it right now.  It's not hte adminstration pages.  It's all in
the theme.cfg under .../catalogs/..../templates/foundation/".  You know, I
would have like it better if there is a manual that would tell us how many
cfg files are there and what features are found in each cfg files.
