[ic] Updated Signio globalsub for PayflowPro Version 3.0 - DONE

Has not been taken in the wrong way - just had to counteract sas with more
sas.  

Are you, perhaps, looking at 4.7.6?  That I have not had a chance to look
at yet.  And if so, maybe someone else beat me to the punch.  I had been
working on this for 4.6 then when I visited Red Hat for training, started
work for 4.7.5.  That signio sub was still the same one as 4.6.  And if
that's the case - oh well.  Then I guess its a preference issue.  I like
having all the variables in the variable.txt file.  Seems more clean and
neat that way.  I'll take a look at the 4.7.6 and see if I can find
anything.
