After looking at your previous email abit, I tried this myself. I installed
a new catalog that was to be dedicated for gpg order testing.

is that you have not defined ENCRYPTOR, PGP_KEY, and possibly PAYGATE.

These can be defined under the administration tab, by selecting the tables
tab, and then editting the variables table.

to work with gpg these are the settings I used.

ENCRYPTOR /usr/bin/gpg -e -a -q --batch --no-tty -r test@test.com 2>encrypt.error

to get my gpg key, I did gpg --list-keys and looked at the one that said pub.
it looked something like this - 1024D/887B864C Get rid of the 1024D/ and
put that value in the value of PGP_KEY
PGP_KEY 887B864C

Your paygate needs to be setup as pgp for it to use pgp. Now I just saw this
variable listed there, and thought it might help. It is a new one to me.
Perhaps it might be the root of your problems though.
PAYGATE pgp

restart interchange (just to make sure) and it should work.
