[ic] Advice please on whether Interchange is the right path

I'm a definite NON PROGRAMMER.  I know basic HTML and that's about it.  I
was able to pretty easily install IC on a RedHat Linux 7.0 and I know even
less about linux.   It's really simple once you get going.
