[ic] How to use this simple tag?

I have created in the a new field  in the product page called "url"
I want when i a write a url to display(in the flypage) it along with the
word "url".
If there is no url,i want not to display the word "url".
I was thinking something like that below,but it doesn't work(this is
from the mail.receipt page)

[if-modifier url] url : [item-modifier url][/if-modifier]


I use Interchange 4.6.5

Any ideas??
