[ic] creating static pages

Hi ALl - i would like to create static pages for every item we sell.  I have 
changed the catalog.cfg file - static/staticall/staticfly to yes.  I 
restarted the catalog, which is set on high volume.  I cant find the item 
pages anywhere.

Am i missing something?Thanks very much for your help.jason
