[ic] IC 4.8.1 - Please specify the MailOrderTo directive

For the record:
A manual install or rpm
all works fine with Red Hat 7.0
including with mySQL
and virtual domains

All I needed to do was issue
chgrp -R interch /home/username/catalogs/catalogname

before restarting interchange

The 'Please specify the MailOrderTo directive ...' message disappears.
