[ic] Question for the Guru..

No problem!  I totally understand, no need to explain, thats mainly why I
was asking a general question and not a specific one.  Plus I try to help
out on the list when time permits, I can't always help out the hardcore perl
coders when it comes to debugging their code, but alot of the beginners
using the IC tag language I can field pretty well :)
