Hi Everyone,

We recently used Red Hat's own programmer's to help us with a tricky
problem. They solved it in two hours. As you may know, when you use this
service they charge you for a block of ten hours right away. (At a rate of
$185/hr) We won't be using the remaining eight so they are going to go to
waste. We are offering them to the user community at a good discount.

We can't actually transfer the hours to you but we could help you solve
your problem using our remaining hours. The beauty of using the Red Hat
people is that the problem gets fixed.

So if you are really, really stuck this may be the answer!
