[ic] Stupid trick: mixing PHP/Interchange

Yes, in normal HTML this is definitely the easiest way. In file icmenu.txt 
however, interchange always wraps our link and postfixes it with '.html'. 
This is where the 'stupid trick' is in use at the moment.
