Your [email] tag is probably setting the "from" address to __ORDERS_TO__.
If this is the case then check that your ORDERS_TO is set to a valid
"name@domain.com" email address.

I suspect that your ORDERS_TO is set to "interch" and your machine's
hostname/domain is set to localhost/localdomain rather than a valid
value.
