[ic] Uploading tables

Hi,

I'm a beginner to Interchange and I'm trying to upload tables. When I do and
look at
the same table in edit mode, it still shows the old tables contents.

As an example I uploaded the state.txt file that included only have the U.S.
states
and "applied changes" but when I look at the states in edit mode the old
state.txt file,
are still there.

I downlaoded the table I had just uploaded and it's correct so it appears to
be uploading in the correct format (tab delimited).

I know I'm missing something very obvious but I have not found it.

Any help would be appreciated.
