I am using Authorizenet, I believe I paid less than $200 for the initial 
setup and less than $20 per month service fee. I don't actually know what 
the "renewal" fee would be, or if there even is one - but general 
experience has told me that just about anything else is cheaper/better than 
the *evil* Verisign conglomerate.
