[ic] pulling scan url variables

Hey all-

Does anyone have an idea of how I might be able to pull sf & se variables 
from a scan URL
such as the following:

http://site/cgi-bin/site/scan/fi=products/st=db/co=yes/sf=pre_release/se=1/va=banner_image=/va=banner_text=.html?id=ZcR5N7Yw&mv_pc=4575

I want to be able to see that pre_release is 1 and based on that have a 
message for the customer
on the results.html page.

Any hints that I'm missing? :)
