That's not good. Try editing the SIGNIO_* variables using the table editor 
on the variable table.

As a bare minimum, you hosting co needs to add this line to interchange.cfg:

Require module Vend::Payment::Signio

and restart interchange. Beyond that, the PayFlow SDK contains a few 
directories and files that really should be copied into the VENDROOT 
directory tree, though I guess in a pinch they could be placed in your 
catalog tree, if you passed the paths to the [charge ..] tag in the 
credit_card profile. Finally, you need one of the required Perl SSL modules 
installed.  See the perldoc in Vend::Payment::Signio for more info.
